Do the connectors have the silicone shrink wrap?
No they do not. Generally, with any coax you will not find shrink wrap, since the PL-259 connector covers the coax and is a tight seal.

The M&P connectors have a rubber seal to keep moisture out and are the finest PL-259’s I have seen in my Ham career. Have changed all my coaxes out to M&P and super happy with the entire line. Here is the link.

Some amateurs use this around the connector at the antenna and at other outdoor connectors to cover the entire PL-259 connector to keep out water, snow, ice, etc.
