Yeasu SM-5000 Cables Needed for FTDX-5000

Advertised is the Open Box Yaesu T9101596 European Version DC Power Cable for SM-5000 Station Monitor SN181790. If this is the cable that connects the monitor to the Tx can I use this cable in the US? What is the difference between US and European?

I also need the Mini-DIN Cable USA/EXP version: T9101526 (CT-174?) & V-AF Cable T9101595. Does anyone know where I can get these? Are these 3 cables all I need just to connect and get the display up and working? Are these numbers correct? I would make the Power and V-AF cable if I knew what the one odd looking connector was….

@Randy_Mims it is just on odd circumstance that caused us to have this item available. Since we are not familiar with the European versions, I think best for you to contact Yaesu tech support. https://www.yaesu.com/contact-us.aspx
They should be able to answer the question, regarding their European products, or get you in touch with someone that can.
