After several months of normal operation, the external display and mouse features on my FT-710 have failed. I’ve tried three monitors and two new DVI-D cables. The failures came about gradually, with the mouse failing most recently (today). I doubt I’ll hear about an easy fix, but I’m hoping. Of course, being a Yaesu with such a great reputation, I didn’t save the original box. I purchased it here during August, 2025. Any help is appreciated.
I would suggest a factory reset, it fixed similar problems I had with my FT-991A.
If the reset does not help, contact Yaesu for warrantee service.
