Can i control this radio through a PC or is the dvi port just for display?

Hi John,

I dont use the DVI adapter. I used software that allows you to use whatever size monitors you have. Check out W3CF.com

ThisYaesu SCU-LAN10 Network Remote Control System LAN Unit and a download of free software will allow you to uses as many monitors that you have available.This device allows you to use your 710 from anywhere that you can get an internet connection.
