Is it possible to set the two clocks to any world timezone or are they limited to US timeszones and UTC?

Yes, you can set the one clock to any timezone in the world and the other to UTC/GMT.

Unfortunately, this is incorrect information. I just found that you can set each of the clocks to Hawaii, Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern, Puerto Rico, or UTC. No other timezone can be set unless I am missing something.
