I purchased my FT-891 in June of 2025. I went with the factory warranty. The volume knob is broken. Is this covered with the warranty and/or how do I go about getting a new one.

By factory warranty I assume you mean the Yaesu standard warranty. Yaesu has a 3 year warranty. I recommend you contact Yaesu America
