I know you have the product I need; but I’m having a hard time figuring out which one.
I have RFI in my shack that is directly related to my heat pump coming on and off. When it’s off I have almost no interference; when it’s on, I have a lot.
I have done a test I saw online, where you just connect the ground from your coax to your transceiver ground to see if any static is present and I get really nothing when the heat pump is on. But if I just touch the center pin to the center pin port on the transceiver with the grounds not connected, I get quite a bit when the heat pump comes on.
What are my options in this case?

First, do you have the noise with the antenna disconnected from the radio? If so, the noise would be coming through the power supply. However, one method of finding radiated power which comes in through the antenna, is to use a tiny loop on the end of a coax which is connected to a radio. When you get close, you begin to hear the noise, and you can turn the radio gain up or down as necessary.
The easiest method to mount and quickest to move are ferrite chokes like the one I will link below:
