I have an IC-746Pro radio. The microphone currently being used is an Icom SM-8, which appears to have just failed. Do you carry a prewired replacement?
Your SM-8 was packed with features like up down, push to talk, and two microphone cables to switch between two radio. There is no exact replacement. Your SM-8 is the standard Icom 8 pin round connector.
The closest, to include dual radios, is the Intellitron DM-5297 with the Intellitron DMC 5290I (Icom) connecting cable. This intellitron mic is a perfect replacement for your SM-8. (use the pull down menu to select the cable)
If you want more features, like equalizer, triple outputs, audio output control, look at the Intellitron DM-5299 (with the same DMC 5290I cable)

The Icom SM-30 is also a great replacement for you, but does not have the features you need and is significantly higher priced.
