Why are Heil headphones non-returnable and non-refundable?
@Larry_Henshaw in regard to headsets it is for sanitary reasons. If there is a defect it would be handled with the manufacturer under warranty.
The website advises non-returnable referring to it as: Personal-use items (e.g., headphones, earbuds).
Don’t buy them. They’re so grossly overpriced and not any better than an average headset.
