Rebate question lost upc code for rebates is there anyway around this?

i THREW AWAY THE ORGINAL SHIPPINHG BOX BY ACCIDENT AND THE REBATE FORM CALLS FOR THE UPC CODE. IS THERE A WAY AROUND THIS?
