Is Radiowavz a sound company, I can’t find a working phone number for them and they don’t respond to emails?
@David_Stephens We have sold their products, for many years, and continue to do so. I reached out to them, and they responded to me today. They confirmed they no longer have a technical assistance phone line. They were unable to keep up with the volume of calls involving teaching/training amateur operators, which time did not allow. They said they encourage all customers to use the product manuals supplied. The manual should answer most all questions.
They advised they have recently been out of the office, but do respond to emails for troubleshooting support for their products. If you would send an email ATTN: SUE at sales@gigaparts.com, explain your question(s)/issue I would be glad to forward that to them so they can respond to you directly. Include your phone number as well, but they will most likely email you.
I have been using the Radiowavz Saturn and DX80 antennas since 2013 at multiple locations to include N2CW Contest Station in a saltwater marsh area, Hazel Green AL Remote Shack and my SDR receiver in Pennsylvania with no issues. They make excellent antennas…you will be satisified.
