Hello, I purchased the MARS Mod for the QRZ-1. Got the download link and went through the unlock code procedure. Once the procedure for the code completed, there was no indication that it had completed successfully. How long does it normally take to get the code? Thanks in advance for any insight.

If I understand correctly, you successfully entered an unlock code into your radio? If so, the radio should now be unlocked.
Sorry if I wasn’t clear. When I followed the download link, I was taken to the page where I entered my info (email, factory code and the gigaparts code) to be given an unlock code. I never got the unlock code.
Thanks for the clarification. If you will send an email to sales@gigaparts.com with your license key and factory ID, they can retrieve the unlock code for you.
If you can let us know what operating system and web browser you were using, we’d love to try to reproduce the problem you experienced.

I contacted support via email last night and they sent me the correct link I should have been directed to. The link I should have been directed to is ExplorerRadio.com. Once there I was able to generate an unlock code and use it to unlock my radio.
I’m using MacOS Tahoe 26.5.2
I use Brave Web Browser (Chromium 150.0.7871.125)
The link I followed was through my account under My Downloadable Products.
