I purchased an IC 7300 this morning and I wanted to add the DM-5300 mic to order but couldn’t figure out how to accomplish it.

There is an issue with the IC 7300 I received last week.. The power output is extremely low…I need to return and was wondering if I need an RA number…If unit can be repaired that will be fine. Please advise
@Joe_Speegle the first step is to do troubleshooting with the manufacturer for troubleshooting. Many times issues can be resolved over the phone.

If they refer you back to the seller, be sure to get the name of who you spoke to, what they concluded in the troubleshooting, and submit a return request. The manufacturer requires the seller to confirm a manufacturing defect. GigaParts Return Link
