No output on a fully charged Bioenno Power LiFePO4 Battery at the Anderson Powerpole connector

I just received a new Bioenno Power LiFePO4 Battery. It has both the DC charging plug and the Anderson Powerpole connectors. The DC power plug seems to work find, but I get no voltage at all through the Anderson Powerpoles. The way I understand the documentation on this battery, these are wired in parallel. Did I receive a defective battery?

Found the problem, AI said it would most likely a bad connection at the powerpole terminal and sure enough, the ground wire pulled right out of it. I crimped on a new end and it works fine.
