My question is would the LDG RU-1:1 Unun work well with a WRC setup with a 213 whip and mini coil and an LDG tuner? I think my noise floor could be better but I’m new to all of this

I have used the Wolf River Coil vertical as a portable antenna for several years. I do not believe a UNUN will do much for your noise floor. Your WRC coil is connected directly to your rg8x coax. Vertical antennas generally pick up more noise than horizontal antennas. If noise is your concern, I don’t believe the UNUN is a good solution. I would recommend a graphite RF choke on your feed line. One such as our Intellitron RFC-4311B4 depending on the diameter of your feedline

Additionally, you may want to improve your grounding that may help.
