Does the LDG AT-100ProII support power by aa batteries like the LDG Z-11 PROII? If it doesn’t, what do people use as a dc power adapter /power source as it appears it doesn’t come with one?

No it does not. But, as you can see it comes with a power cable. You can connect it to the same batteries that will power your radio. So, the power cable can connect to batteries or the power supply…the same source of power you use for your radio.
