Is there a solution for the Yaesu FTDX10 to connect to an Ameritron AL-811?

I have an Ameritron AL-811 amp and I see the Intellitron ARI-800 interface is available, however the cable to interface the two is not available. Additionally, the cable is listed as not available for backorder. Does this indicate that it will not be available in the future? And is there another solution available to interface these two?

Yes there is. On the back of your FTDX 10 you have a 10 pin mini din plug labeled “linear”. The Intellitron ARI 10MY is the cable you need. Intellitron ARI-10MY Transceiver to Buffer Interface Cable: Yaesu 10-Pin Mini-DIN

Unfortunately because of high demand, this cable is currently out of stock. The ARI-800 (Intellitron ARI-800 Amplifier-to-Radio Interface Buffer) is perfect for use with your AL-811 amp to protect your FTDX-10
Hope this helps.

Is there a way that I can get a notification when the cable returns to stock or be on a waitlist to purchase one? I did see the “not accepting backorders” notice.

@Michael_Jordan
Yes there is. Note the blue block that says “request stock alert”. Click on that and leave your e-mail and you will be notified when the cable is back in stock.
