I’ve always been a fan of the MFJ-281 Clear Tone speaker. I note that the Intellitron SP-1402 appears to be (essentially) a clone or rebranding of the MFJ speaker. Wondering if anyone has any reports on if the sound is the same, similar, better or worse than the MFJ? I do know that MFJ still has some of the 281s available, but thought I’d ask here about the Intellitron version as that could be my go-to going forward?

The Intellitron SP-1402 and the MFJ-281 Cleartone are identical. Both are the same physical size and both have the same frequency response 600 - 4000Hz. Both also reduce undesirable noise, static and hum.
The performance, should be similar, or even better! We expect you will be well pleased with this Intellitron Speaker.
