I followed the instructions carefully and connected it to the controller box, double-checking the pin alignment (Pin 1 to Pin 1, Pin 2 to Pin 2, Pin 3 to Pin 3). The rotator tries to move but doesn’t rotate in either direction.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with the Intellitron AR-600? Could this be a wiring issue, or does it sound like a defective unit? I’d appreciate any advice or confirmation before proceeding with a replacement.

That is only a three wire connection if I am correct. Would double check each wire for continuity to insure there are no breaks in the wiring. Other than that I would contact Intellitron, (https://intellitron.com/) and let them help you diagnose the problem. If they tell you the rotor is the problem you can request a Return Authorization at the following link.
