I dropped the mic many years ago and broke the glass in the touch screen. I have not had a reason to change anything but I do now. How hard is it to get the touch screen fixed on one and can the control head from another one be exchanged with that one so I don’t have to take the entire radio out while I wait on the repair of the current control head.

They sell replacement parts and may be able to provide you the replacement head or can discuss repair.
