Went to register a new 7300MK2, just received. Icom America Warranty registration site stated Serial Number was already registered.

Customers are not required to register their radios for their warranty to be honored. In the event they require warranty repair, all Icom requires is a copy of the sales receipt. If the customer has lost it, GigaParts can always provide a copy. Icom pre-registers radios sold to GigaParts since we are an authorized dealer.
