Hello. I am looking at getting one of these radio’s I have not decided if the mk2 or not. Anyways. With the Mars mod done what will be the outcome. What are the modifications for the TX and Receive. And for other radio’s the mars mod is the same? Thank you have a great rest of your day
MARS Modifications often differ from radio to radio. We only offer Mars Modifications approved by the radio manufacturer, e.g. Icom. In the case of the 7300 MK2 the Mars Modification will “open” up the radio for continuous receive and transmit from 1 mhz through 74.8 mhz.
