I just ordered the MARS mod for my QRZ-1 and got an email with a ‘download’ link, which I followed. This took me to a web page that had a form which asked for my email address, factory ID and “One-Time Token - Provided by GigaParts when you purchased the modification” to get my unlock code. This One-Time Token is not in my email or on my receipt. I did find a “License Key” on the order information on my account online and entered that along with my email address and Factory ID on the form. When I clicked on the “Generate unlock code” button, all of the fields reset and nothing else happened. I did NOT get an unlock code or an email with the unlock code in it. Is the one time token the same as my “License key” or is that token elsewhere? How do I proceed?

Yes, the “token” and the “license key” are one in the same. If you will send an email to sales@gigaparts.com with your license key and factory ID, they should be able to retrieve the unlock code for you.
If you can let us know what operating system and web browser you were using, we’d love to try to reproduce the problem you experienced.
