Heil is by far not the only microphone manufacturer on the block, but good service demands comment. Recently purchased a Pro 7 headset which developed an intermittent short in the cable. I shipped to Heil on the 14th and it was repaired with a new cable and back in my hands by the 20th. Works greater than expected. Heil emailed me before shipping back to make sure all issues were taken care of. That’s Service!

Have had the same Ps-6 for 30 years. When they need fixin’ I send them back to Heil and for a nominal fee they strip them to the frame and send them back like new
