I have Portable Zero rails on my Icom 7300. Will it still fit?

No, they stick out too much beyond the face and rear of the radio. The Explorer packs are meant to fit snugly. As far as anything else you’ll need to measure the radio w/rails on and then look at dimensions of various choices. I use a soft ammo bag for my 7300Mk2 and rails to haul everything for POTA. Sorry, don’t remember who makes it but it is not super snug, use foam dividers to add extra protection.
