@Micha_Klein After checking with the manufacturer, he said he believes you are referring to the new TLE format and that it will be implemented with a new firmware update.
It is my understnading, generally, when items are manufactured they are in bulk production runs. They would not do a new run. They would issue firmware updates, that are designed for the purchaser to be able to complete.
