Could you please confirm whether the Anytone AT-5888UV (SKU: ZAT-AT-5888) will ship with the unit capable of transmitting on both VHF (136–174 MHz) and UHF (400–490 MHz) frequencies?

Yes that is correct. Frequency Range (TX) 136~174MHz, 400-490MHz
