Concerning the new Anytone 890uv HT, for the “Built-in Bluetooth module”. What devices can the blue tooth connect. In particular can it connect to Apple Ear Pods, other devices, etc?
The Anytone 890uv with the built in bluetooth module can pair to almost any bluetooth device. If your ear pods have a microphone and earpiece they will pair. There is a command in the Anytone for a pin code if needed, for example, on your hands free car bluetooth or phone. This is the newest technology from Anytone and the bluetooth works flawlessly. These are in big demand and a great price! I recommend you order yours soon!

Charles, IIt will be spotty with the IOS systems. Apple AirPods and Other Incompatible Devices
Apple AirPods (all models) are known to be incompatible with Anytone radios. The primary issues reported by users include:
- Incomplete functionality: Sometimes only the speaker works, but the microphone does not, or the audio cuts out after a second.
- Poor audio quality: Users report extremely low or garbled microphone audio, making communication unusable.
- Proprietary protocols: Apple uses a proprietary Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocol that does not interface correctly with the standard Bluetooth module in the Anytone radios. So I would not recommend you purchase as the sole reason for IOS system accessories.
