Can this antenna switch ALPHA DELTA DELTA-2B Antenna Switch be used for a single antenna to be switched between two radios? If not is there an antenna switch that will do this? Thanks in advance.

Yes, absolutely. Connect antenna to center position, and radios ot #1 or #2 and you can switch between them. Great for multiple radios and one antenna. I used this for years.
